Polukeev Aleksandr Ivanovich

Born on 21 December, 1948 in village Miakit, district Olsky, Kchabarovsk region.
In 1971 graduated from the Riga institute of commercial aviation’s engineers, specialization “economics and management of airlift”.
In 1965 he began his working activity as a workman in the Leningrad unified air-unit of commercial aviation’s Northern department.
1972-1978 – the committee VLKSM LOAO’s (secretary in Moskovsky RK (District Committee) VLKSM, and he finished his activity there as first secretary of Moskovsky RK VLKSM.
From 1978 till 1981 – chairman of Leningrad department “Drujba” of VLKSM CC’s (Central Committee) international bureau of tourism for the youth “Sputnik”.
1981-1982 – head of department of generation and distribution of up-to date experience and management production of the Leningrad commercial aviation’s administration.
1982-1989 – general director deputy on personnel and conditions of life of Leningrad food factory “Lenmiasoprom”.
1989-2003 – worked at the Leningrad’s Agroindustrial committee and at the key city’s factories.
From November 2003 – head of administration of Moskovsky district of Saint Petersburg.
Candidate of economic science.
