Oleg Arvovich Virolainen

Born on 19 January, 1948, in the village Pelvosh, Priuralsky District, Yamalo-Nenetsky National Area.
In 1971 graduated from the Railway Engineering Institute in Leningrad majoring in Construction and Railway Machines and Equipment.
In 1989 graduated from the High Party School in Leningrad majoring in Communist Party and Soviets.
From 1965 to 1971: Milling Machine Operator, Process Engineer, Kozitsky Plant.
From 1971 to 1972: serviceman, Soviet Army. 
From 1972 to 1975: Mechanician, Workshop Director, Reinforced Concrete Production, Barrikada Production Association. 
From 1975 to 1988: Department Director, Deputy Secretary, Party Committee Secretary, Barrikada Production Association, Second, First Secretary, Krasnogvardeysky District Committee of the CPSU. From 1988 to 1990: Director, City Infrastructure and Transport Department, Deputy Director, Department of Social Issues and Economy, Leningrad City Committee of the CPSU.
From 1990 to 1991: First Deputy Chairman, Leningrad Region Tourism Council. 
From 1991 to 1993: Director, AO VET.
From 1993 to 1995: Director, AOZT Zebra Joint Venture 
From 1995 to 1997: Manager, AOOT EMK Inturist.
