Since 2001 this organisation, jointly with GU "Investments Board", organises open auctions for the right of conclusion of preliminary investment agreements.

Investors may find useful an Internet-project "TIAS" - Territorial Information Analytical System which is being implemented by St. Petersburg Administration in cooperation with the Municipal Centre for Economic Information "Leontiev Centre", supported by TACIS and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The project provides a consistent integration of data coming from various Committees of the City Administration on real estate objects located on the territory of St. Petersburg. The Project is being implemented in the framework of the Federal Program "Centre".
