2.Legal status of the project:
 Legal grounds - direction of  the Governor № 1290-р dated   03.12.99 "Of design & construction of trade complex at the   address: Primorsky administrative region, block of houses   61a, at crossing of Savushkina str., Begovaya str. and   Turistskaya str." and direction of the Governer № 62-р    dated 23.01.01 "Of amendments to direction of the Governor   of St-Petersburg № 1290-р dated 03.12.99.

Commercial complex
4. Physical characteristics:
 Total area: plot of land - 45'000 m2;  project - 69'089 m2;
   Number of storeys -  1-2 storeys. During 2001-2003
   construction works will be devided into 5 phases.
   At the space about 7000 m2 of the first phase of project   a food market and a shop of building materials will be   placed.  The second phase of project with the same area provides   for food-stuff & manufactured goods shops. Under these    two sections there will be located open air parkings of   300 cars.
   On the ground floor of the third phase (central part)there   will be cafe, bars, game-rooms and warehouse and   administrative premises as well too. On the main storey   there are to be cultural and entertainment complex with   bowling halls, restaurants, cinema. Total area of the   central part is about 15'000 m2.
   The fourth phase with 7'000 m2 space includes food-stuff &   manufactured goods shops.
   The copmposition of the premises & total area of the fifth   phase of the project is analogous to the fouth one.   Under the fourth and fifth sections the parkings of 300 cars
   will be disposed.

 Primorsky administrative region, North-Primorskaya part, block of houses 61A, at crossing of   Savushkina str., Begovaya str. and  Turistskaya str.
