3. Functional purpose of the project:
It is a multifunctional complex: dwellings with in-built premises. The complex consists of multisectional buildings of variable number of storeys from 12 to 25 storeys.

Site area    35000sq.m
Total area   101 350  sq. м, including: 
Habitable area – 96 520  sq. м
Enterprises area  -  4 830 sq. м
5.Remoteness from the center of the city
The complex is situated at the foot of Poclonnaya Mountain in the area of favorable ecological situation: the forest park Sosnovka and the Suzdalskie Lakes are close by. The complex location at Poclonnaya Mountain, which is the highest place in the city, adds the complex the unique peculiarity and attraction.
The complex is in Viborgsky Administrative District. The site is supplied with good transport area of Karelian Isthmus. Udelnaya and Ozerky Metro Stations are within walking distance.
