Pedestrian zone “Hermitage”.
3. Physical characteristics:
Pedestrian zone “Hermitage”:
I zone – thoroughfare near the southern part of 35B quarter and part of thoroughfare ¹ 9 to an entrance on the territory of RHK with parking for buses and cars. Area of the zone – 1,35 hectares.
II zone – entrance zone, consists of two parcels:
- First parcels lies near projected trade complex OOO “Double– 2”.
- Second parcels lies near the allotment terretoryof railways with sculpture composition “Rower” (by D. Kaminker.)
III zone – zone of greenery and organized public services between entrance zone and cultural zone of RHK “Hermitage”. Area of the zone – 0,3 hectares.
IV zone – cultural zone of RHK “Hermitage”:
- Art workshops.
- Amphitheatre, Art gallery.
- Park of modern sculptures.
Area of the zone – 0,9 hectares.
